Barely Functioning

Some days, simply existing deserves to be considered an accomplishment. Barely Functioning is a tribute to those running on empty, surviving on caffeine, questionable decisions, and the faint hope that tomorrow might be slightly less exhausting. The slumped skeleton and weary expression capture the all-too-familiar feeling of showing up, doing your best, and wondering how everyone else seems to have it together. Inspired by burnout culture, everyday exhaustion, and the dark humor that gets us through it, this design combines vintage tattoo aesthetics with bold neo-traditional illustration to remind us that sometimes "good enough" is the biggest victory of the day.
